When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 3-5 days.
Shipping happens weekly on Wednesday and Saturday.
You will receive tracking information as soon as we've packed and shipped your order.

Do you accept returns?
In light of COVID-19, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, with no return option, except in the case an item arrives in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return for a damaged item, you must notify customer service of the damage within 3 business days of receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted..
