Refund policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

1. Time Frame: You must contact Anais Accessories within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, free of stains, or odor, and in their original packaging, including tags, and boxes.

3. Exclusions:

Any items using a Discount Code or Store Credit, Sale, Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

EARRINGS, SOCKS, STOCKINGS/HOSIERY, AND HATS are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons unless damaged upon delivery.

Return Process

1. Receipt Required: A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email to initiate the return process at info@anaisaccessories.com.

3. Shipping Returns: When mailing a return, use secure and trackable shipping.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT, PICTURES OF DAMAGES WILL BE REQUESTED.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received.

Refunds

NO CASH REFUNDS ARE OFFERED, WE GLADLY OFFER STORE CREDITS OR AN EVEN EXCHANGE.

Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 2 business days of receipt. (If such items are not reported within 2 business days we will not issue a store credit or exchange). We will cover shipping costs and provide a replacement or store credit.
